Stay away from ortho belts. They put more strain on the drive system and unless you have some severe orthopedic problems, a regular belt is the way to go with good cushioned shoes. The T280P is the smarter choice if you are looking at this model.

Ortho belts look great on the sales floor but give you plenty of problems down the road. Bodyguard makes one of the better ortho units but with the price increase, you are in Landice territory with this MSRP.
